Digby Trading Ltd has welcomed Richard Banks as the newest member of the team as the new area business manager. With a wealth of knowledge both in and out of the office Richard began his career at Marley Paving as one of their sub-contractors. From here he has gone on to work at Plasmor Ltd as technical sales representative, BS Eaton ltd as sales development manager and more recently Sika UK as sales manager working closely with the National Builders Merchants.

On making this appointment Digby Stone directors commented: “We are pleased to welcome Richard Banks to the Digby Stone team. His experience and passion for the industry is something that really excites us. We are looking forward to seeing Richard develop within the company and take our relationships forward with our customers both old and new.”

On his appointment Mr Banks commented: “I would like to say that I’m excited by the opportunity of joining a highly respected, privately owned business that offers the best possible range to its customers and maintains the true value of customer satisfaction. Also, that I’m looking forward to engaging with the customers, many of whom I have known for many years.”
