Ros Shearn takes up role of area sales manager for the south west of England, covering the Vital Earth and Growise brands.
Ms Shearn has previously held area sales roles for Sankey and Fiskars and has considerable experience in the garden market.

Commenting on her new role, she said: "I've always enjoyed the garden industry. It's a great sector anyway and to be with a company like Vital earth is a really excellent opportunity. As a relatively young company at the cutting edge of the green agenda, it's an exciting place to be."
