TMC strengthens position with senior recruitment drive
John Earnshaw has been appointed sales and marketing director. Mr Earnshaw previously held the role of national account manager with TMC for five years, managing high profile accounts such as Bosch and Homebase.

Prior to joining the business, he was a profit centre manager with major national hardware distributor, Decco.

Supporting Mr Earnshaw's appointment, TMC has recruited two new business development managers - Sean Adams and Russell Wade.

Mr Adams joins with a strong retail and fmcg background and previous roles include a new business development remit at Blackbox Brand Consultants, based in Stockport, Cheshire.

Mr Wade has experience of servicing the major multiple retail market, secured whilst holding leading roles at ERI Ltd, the JDS Group and the Mice Group.

Complementing the senior recruitment drive, is the appointment of Steve Mumford as operations manager for TMC's sub brand, RS Pro Ltd, which provides merchandising solutions for its retail and fmcg clientbase.

Mr Mumford joins from Cuisine de France where he was divisional sales manager, and previous to this, held senior sales positions with Nestle and Coca Cola.
