Operations director Tony Bracken is celebrating four decades working for The Specialist Group.
Mr Bracken joined the company, then known as Duwit Ltd, in November 1973 as a general manager based in Eccles.

After several company moves, he is now based at Specialist's current location in Trafford Park, Greater Manchester.

Mr Bracken said of the milestone: "During my career with Specialist I have managed most departments, in which I have had more good times than bad, and am still learning something new every day. I have also had the pleasure of working with really good people and met and made very good friends through day-to-day business."

He added: "40 years! Where has it gone? Hopefully, here's to the next 40!"
