Screwfix director of retail leaves to join Pets at Home

Published: 9 January 2017 - Jenny Wonnacott

Stuart Livingstone, former director of retail at Screwfix, has left the DIY retailer to become operations director at Pets at Home.

Mr Livingstone had held his position at Screwfix for six years. He will now be responsible for retail operations, logistics and pets and will report directly to Pets at Home retail chief executive Peter Pritchard.

Mr Pritchard commented, “Stuart has proven himself to be not only an accomplished and experienced retailer; he is also a talented leader.

He has led the transformation of Screwfix into a true multichannel retailer and I look forward to working with him as we continue to shape our retail business to meet the challenges ahead.”

Mr Livingstone added, “It’s a tremendous opportunity for me to join Pets at Home and I’m looking forward to working with such a passionate team and helping deliver its ambition to become more specialist and most loved by its customers.”
