Yale has made two appointments to support retail and merchant customers.
Role changes at Yale
The first, Mark Efford, has been with Yale since 2004 and has been appointed national account manager for Yale trade. He will be responsible for liaising with independent retailers and merchants to help them increase sales.

The second, Catherine Brock, has been made category marketing manager with specific responsibility for helping Yale trade customers make the most of the brand. She has been with the company for four years.
