The decorating accessories and workwear supplier announced the addition of Laura Brierley, a fourth generation member of its owners the Brierley family.
M Brierley is the daughter of managing director Bill and joined RoDO in January, as the company entered its 86th year of trading. She brings with her five years of previous experience at Time Warner and HarperCollins.
Bill Brierley said: "Laura's arrival at RoDO cements the company's future as a privately-owned business, which is very important to us and something we're immensely proud of as well.
