After seven years at specialist fasteners supplier Icon Fasteners Andrew Plows has taken up the reins as general manager.
As well as looking after day-to-day operations and managing profitability, Andrew's responsibilities will include working with the specialist teams at Icon to bring new products, services and initiatives to market. He says he is also championing customer service improvements.
