Nottingham timber merchant Gibbs & Dandy has appointed former Jewson manager Richard Jarvis as general manager.
Mr Jarvis has worked in the builders merchant sector for more than 27 years, having previously worked as general manager for Jewson in York and Lincoln.

He said: "I'm looking forward to working with the team here at Gibbs & Dandy in Nottingham, helping them to build on their many strengths and assets."
