Chet Singh has been appointed to the newly-created role of head of digital at Fetim Group.

Mr Singh, who will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company's digital strategies, joins the company from Wolseley's Plumb Centre and Parts Centre chains.

He has considerable experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing communications, having worked in a broad range of industries including travel, fitness, flooring and plumbing.

Fetim UK sales & marketing director Mike Jones said: "Chet brings both enthusiasm and expertise to our company, and we're confident he can help us deliver our ambitious growth strategy, which involves a sustainable and dynamic e-commerce platform that will not only help serve our customer more efficiently but will help drive traffic through our website and digital campaigns."

Mr Singh added: "We want to make it as easy and seamless as possible for our customers to order from us, and to ensure they have access to the latest product information, whether it is pricing, specification, technical details or availability.

"At Fetim UK our aim is to adopt solutions that can react to market conditions very quickly with our partner network."
