Precision crafted from a solid block of high-grade hardened steel and weighing over 1.5kgs (3.3lbs), the Kasp 190 Series are a true heavyweight that will resist the most brutal of attacks. The rekeyable, drill resistant six-pin cylinder featuring anti-pick pins is designed to resist intelligent picking and manipulation methods, whilst the 14mm hardened boron steel shackle is secured in the locked position by two ball bearings, universally accepted as one of the most secure locking mechanisms available.

Suitable for applications including garages, property shutters, vehicles, factories and containers, the range includes, open and closed shackle, keyed alike and master keyed options.

The padlocks exceed the ISO 9227 salt spray requirements, showing no signs of corrosion or mechanical failure thanks to their mirror chromed solid brass bodies, rust free internal components, stainless steel shackles and rubber shackle seals. Security is ensured with double bolted locking mechanisms and five pin cylinders with anti-pick mushroom pins.

The range includes 40mm and 50mm padlocks, standard and long shackle and keyed alike in all variants.
