Mr Grayson replaces current managing director Andrew Smith, who is leaving the company for personal reasons and to focus on new challenges.
Mr Grayson has extensive experience working with consumer goods companies, having previously worked at Newell Rubbermaid and Jordan (Hamilton Acorn), where he was both vice president and managing director foor the UK.
