Focus DIY announces new creative agency

Focus DIY announced today that krow Communications has been appointed as the retailer's lead creative agency, replacing current firm Gratterpalm.
Focus DIY commercial director Gary West confirmed the decision was a tough one, but said he believed it was "a reflection of the significant step change in business direction."

Part of this change in direction includes a brand new store format, design and livery as previously reported on diyweek.net.
