Housewares supplier Eddingtons has appointed Richard Walker as joint md.
Mr Walker will share the position with existing md Brian Rogers, who remains the company chairman.

Explaining the decision, Mr Rogers said: "Richard has been with Eddingtons for ten years; we set up the new business together after separating from the joint venture with Galley Ltd in 2001. He has been instrumental in our success and will play a vital role in the growth of the company in the future."
