Company growth leads to team expansion for ERA

Home security brand ERA has expanded its sales and distribution team to help support the West-midlands based company’s continued progression within the distribution and retail side of business.

Reporting to ERA head of distribution Chris Burrows, the five-strong area sales team now comprises long-standing sales managers, Gus Lake and Dorian Wilmore, along with new recruits Aidan Miller and Garry Pare, as well as Paul Richardson, who has returned to ERA having worked for the company in a similar capacity previously.

The area sales team are joined by key account managers, Darren Bates – who will oversee the company’s distribution activities with the likes of Screwfix and Homebase – and Rachel Socha, who will be handling the company’s relations with a number of big name multiples.

Commenting on the latest recruitment, Mr Burrows said: “Over the past year, we have invested heavily in core areas of our business, including product development and branding, as well as our distribution and supply chain which currently boasts a 98% success rate for next day delivery. By expanding our sales team, we are now in a great position to deliver these improvements to stockists nationwide.”

“Going forwards, we’re hoping to focus our efforts on supporting independent retailers and this is where our team’s combination of expertise and enthusiasm comes into play. We are keen to add value to our offering, particularly in areas where our competitors may be lacking, and are committed to providing the highest levels of customer service across the board.”
