The Cookshop and Housewares Association has set the date for its next fun-filled CHA Independents Day.
CHA announces 2014 independents' cooking day
The previously bi-annual cooking day will run again on Monday, March 24 2014 after a highly successful event this year.

Cookshop retailers and their staff are being invited to return to Eckington Manor Cookery School in Worcestershire for a day that will help them expand their knowledge of popular products. They will have the opportunity to acquire first-hand experience of using the products and to gain additional knowledge which they can then pass onto customers.

The day will be sliced into four sessions, each led by a different supplier who will bring a selection of products to demonstrate. Delegates will get to use them by cooking recipes specially designed for each session.

Places are limited, so those interested in taking part in the day should register as soon as possible at www.bira.co.uk/events/independents-day.
