Its merchandising teams provide support across the country 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from eight regional depots. They support DIY store development programmes, covering new store opening and extensions, category and range reviews and racking and space optimisation.

Momentum offers day and night shifts, weekend cover and out-of-hours support. Clients can check project status through real-time PDA photo reporting and extranet access and the company recently won a silver POPAI award for its work with Focus.
