Bord na Mona appoints business operations manager
Mr Harper will report directly to Bord na Mona Ireland's head of retail John Corcoran. His new role will involve supporting the company's recent marketing initiative in the UK, as well as supporting the sales team at Vital Earth.

"I am delighted to help drive the company's expansion of its branded presence in the UK," he said. "Bord na Mona UK is developing its products, facilities and distribution routes to service its existing and prospective accounts with high quality peat-free and peat-reduced product."

The company took over the sales and marketing resource of Vital Earth back in January 2012, a move which proved a great success.
