Polyseam has appointed Peter Gillett and Stuart Rodrigues to the roles of key account manager and retail sales executive respectively.
They are both tasked with developing opportunities and sales for the recently-launched Graft range of sealants and adhesives.
Polyseam says the company's innovative approach to product development, which resulted in the Graft range, was one of the attractions for Mr Gillett to join the team.
He was previously with Soudal, while Mr Rodrigues, who will focus on hardware and DIY outlets and builders merchants, has formerly worked with Bostik.
Between them, they have nearly 20 years' experience of the sealants and adhesives market.
