The cyclists clocked up 88 miles between them on static bikes at the centre, which is the total distance between the 15 Squire's garden centres in the south east.

A total of £310 was raised for Momentum, which supports children with cancer and life-limiting conditions, and their families.

Said Squire's deputy chairman Sarah Squire: "We are delighted to support Momentum and make our customers more aware of this wonderful local charity. Squire's staff at Long Ditton chose Momentum as their charity of the year. We hope to be able to donate a generous amount to them throughout the year, with thanks to our customers."
