Mike McCall has been promoted to the position of account manager for Growth Technology.
Mr McCall, who joined the company in 2004, will now act as the primary point of contact for all UK and European garden centre accounts.
He said: "I will be acting as the interface between Growth Technology and its customers and will be providing technical advice and support to the sales team and our customers.
"Within the role I will also be responsible for managing agents, as well as opening new accounts and overseeing customer needs. I look forward to my new role and the additional responsibilities it brings."
Growth Technology sales and marketing manager Manos Kanellos said: "Mike is a highly committed and valued member of the team at Growth Technology. He has lots of experience in the industry and a great deal of enthusiasm. I would like to congratulate Mike on his achievements."
