Plum position

Surrey-based Plum Products has appointed Jon Tilley as director of sales. He will head up the UK sales team and develop the business to other UK and international markets.
Mr Tilley brings 15 years of experience to the company, including working with brands such as LG Electronics and Whirlpool and a three-year stint at MGA Entertainment, working with brands such as Bratz and Little Tikes.
Mr Tilley is clearly keen to get the bit between his teeth, saying: "Plum Products has a fantastic product portfolio and I am delighted to be joining the team. My ambition is to continue to grow our sales in the UK and expand our brands into other European markets"
Plum managing director Peter Balcombe is equally pleased: "We are really excited to have Jon on board. He has a wealth of experience in the toy and leisure sector and will play a key role in developing the growth of our business in to major international markets."
