Plasti-kote appointment

The Valspar Corporation has appointed Dale Poulton as head of European sales for Plasti-kote.
Formerly a sales director at Henkel, Mr Poulton has been appointed to help Valspar implement global Plasti-kote brand changes planned for 2011.
He brings extensive DIY sales expertise and will be responsible for maintaining the brand's core values whilst developing Plasti-kote's position within the UK and Europe.
Valspar's global aerosol managing director Mike Watson said: "The Plasti-kote brand has maintained its market-leading position over the last fifteen years because of a quality product offering, strong customer focus, high service levels and brand innovation. Dale's appointment is an important part of our global brand strategy and underlines our continuing investment commitment to our retailers."
