Draper Tools has appointed Phil Rowley to the post of head of sales.
He has been with the company for 18 years and has a broad knowledge of its customer base, having been promoted from sales representative to regional manager and then national accounts manager.
Mr Rowley's hands-on product knowledge is extensive and has built on his early experience as an award-winning British Aerospace engineer.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Rowley said: "I am delighted to be offered this position and look forward to working with the entire sales team and all our customers with a view to growing our mutual businesses."
