EP Barrus has extended its garden division with the appointment of Helen Woodward as national account manager for Wolf-Garten and Wilkinson Sword garden tools and Energizer batteries.
Ms Woodward brings over six years of industry experience to her new role, in which she will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities as well as looking after a number of key accounts including the Blue Diamond garden centre account.

She has previously worked for Suttons Seeds, starting as a regional sales manager before being promoted to key accounts manager.

Said Ms Woodward: "I'm looking forward to working closely with Martin Seddon and Mark Hewett, both very experienced in the tools sector, and becoming an integral part of the team."
