New category manager

Melanie Malin has been appointed as category manager for animal care for The Garden Centre Group.
Ms Malin will ensure that the group stocks a variety of pet and wild bird care products for customers at its 120 garden centres nationwide.
She previously worked as a senior buyer for Countrywide Farmers, and was employed by the company for 13 years, starting on the shop floor before moving into buying roles.
Ms Malin said: "I'm really looking forward to the challenges ahead and contributing towards the future success of The Garden Centre Group."
