Haskins Garden Centre at West End, Southampton, has appointed a new assistant manager.
Peter Callaway from Hedge End joins a team of 120 full and part-time retail and catering staff.
His experience includes management roles with Harveys in Portsmouth, seven years with B&Q at various stores and a post as night manager for Asda.
Haskins West End general manager Matt Hill said he is delighted that Peter has accepted the deputy role.
