Rug Doctor UK managing director Mike Holden is leaving the company this month after 10 years to take charge of the company's Australian operation in Melbourne.
Md moves down under
Mr Holden explained: "I was asked if I would like to take charge of the Australian operation and this, coupled with the exciting prospect of living 'down under' for a number of years, was a life changing opportunity I just couldn't turn down!"

He added: "I'm pleased to say that I'm leaving the UK company in pretty good shape. Rentals have never been higher and our distribution is continuing to blaze a trail across the UK."

Operations director James Budd will be taking the helm as acting managing director in the UK until a replacement for Mr Holden is found. Mr Holden said: "After seven years with the business, Budd has an intimate knowledge of the running of our UK operation and I immediately recommended him to our US parent for this role. I wish him well."
