Now in its 5th year and founded by Irwin, National Tradesman Day 2015 will be on September 18 and celebrates exceptional individuals who go above and beyond to achieve the best results and make a positive impact within the industry.

As part of the initiative in-store promotions, giveaways and events will be taking place throughout the year, with the grand prize winner announced on the day itself.

Participants are invited to nominate a tradesman worthy of the 2015 Ultimate Tradesman title.

Last year's winner of Irwin's National Tradesmen Day promotion, contractor Daniel Bartlett, recently became the proud owner of a new Nissan Navara, worth over £19,000.

He purchased an Irwin Jack Saw containing the winning registration code at his local Travis Perkins branch, and collected his prize at the Brackley branch in December.
