HTA launches E-learning app

Published: 4 March 2020 - Alex Fordham

Giving access to the HTA’s range of E-learning and Learning and Development Resources, the app supports accessible learning for the horticultural industry.

Features on the app include: access to a full range of E-learning courses, development information, useful downloadable resources and up to date news on the go. A manager’s dashboard also provides an easy way to track staff progress.

Individual E-learning courses can be purchased as and when staff need them, for only £20 a course for HTA members.

Said to be a cost effective and convenient way to train staff, the HUB app is crucial for the horticultural industry's learning and development needs. Its development falls in line with mobile device usage. 79% of British adults own a smartphone, which is forecast to grow by 15% in the next 10 years*, and 90% of the time spent on a device is within apps.

The app will be available to download for free this spring. For more information contacttraining@hta.org.uk
