Hardware Retail Group acquires Black Cat Trading of Sheerness

Hardware Retail Group Ltd has announced the acquisition of the renowned hardware store, Black Cat of Sheerness.

 

Black Cat has over 100 years of trading on Sheerness’ high street and is popular with residents and visitors to the Sheerness area. As with all hardware stores, it stocks a wide range of products in the hardware and gardening sectors and with its great customer service, has a desire to help people get the right tools and products for their intended tasks.

“It is a pleasure to be able to continue the stewardship of such a great business, working with the customers, staff and suppliers for the next chapter in Black Cat’s history,” said Alison Roylance-White, Chairman of Hardware Retail Group Ltd. “Securing hardware stores for the future in our towns and villages is our aim. We hope Black Cat will be the first of many to come.”
