Carlisle retailer takes on apprentices

Carlisle-based retailer of door handles and window furniture, More Handles, has taken on two new apprentices under the government's apprentice scheme as well as two more warehouse staff.
The two apprentices have been employed under More Handles' customer service and sales team, where they will be placed alongside experienced staff to earn job-specific skills as well as a wage. The scheme also sees them work towards a related qualification. More Handles now has 18 employees.
