Glenn Payne promoted to regional sales manager for the south of England region.

Mr Payne, who has won salesman of the year for three consecutive years will be help the manufacturer of shower enclosures and bath screens to boost sales in the competitive territory.

Mr Payne joined Aqualux in 2005 as area sales manager, bringing a wealth of interior design and business development experience with him.

His first role in the industry, after graduating from the Surrey Institute of Art & Design, was as an interior designer and sales consultant, where he designed and specified kitchen and bathroom projects for the luxury market.

He then moved on to work with Kohler Mira in January 2004 as a business development manager.

Mr Payne said: "I can't wait to step up to this challenging role and am proud that my hard work has paid off, especially as I'm soon to become a Dad for the first time.

"I hope to motivate and lead my team to exceed individual sales targets, whilst developing existing accounts and new business opportunities, to maintain our position as market leaders."

Sales and marketing director, Mike Jones said: "This is a well deserved promotion for Glenn Payne, and I'm sure his award winning sales acumen and professionalism will flourish within Aqualux's dynamic sales force. I will be looking forward to him contributing significantly to our continued growth in the southern territories."
