Tildenet has acquired specialist textiles and netting supplier, Fleximas, which joins other brands that are part of the group.

Announcing the takeover today, Tildenet said this latest acquisition signals that 2018 will be “another year of significant growth” for the group, which has recently made a further six-figure investment in its operations infrastructure as part of a sustained programme of modernisation and development across the whole business.

Fleximas follows companies like Haxnicks and Bosmere, which have joined the group in recent years. This week Tildenent announed it had appointed a new product development manager working across all of its brands.

Explaining its decision to take Fleximas on, Tildenet said the ethos of the long-established, family run company, mirrors that of its own, “with service and customer care at the forefront of the business”.

As a result of the deal, Fleximas will now operate from Tildenet’s manufacturing facilities in Bristol.
