Diy chain raises more than £95,000 for worthwhile cause.
A weekend of fun and frolics at Focus DIY stores around the country raised £95,858 for the Meningitis Trust this year.
Staff at the 217 participating stores took part in activities such as salsa dancing, car washes, sponsored leg waxes, raffles, tombolas and cake and book sales.
Clowns, magicians and even the Dulux dog made an appearance, while Focus staff donned their best fancy dress costumes.
Focus has been running fundraising weekends for the last seven years and has donated more than £1million in total.
Jill Gater, Focus pr manager said: "It was great to see so many staff taking part in fundraising activities for the Meningitis Trust fun weekend.
"The total raised is absolutely fantastic, particularly considering that we now own considerably less stores than during last year's Fun Day weekend, which raised a similar amount to this year.
"I'd like to thank everyone who attended and participated."
