Swedish company acquires PPE Group

POS designer and manufacturer PPE Group has been acquired by Swedish company HL Display for an undisclosed sum.
Neil and Nigel Parker, the previous owners of PPE, will continue to manage the company to ensure continuity in operations.

HL Display is an international supplier of merchandising and instore communication solutions across more than 33 countries worldwide.

PPE joint md Neil Parker said of the deal: "Together with HL Display we can expand into new market segments while improving our service offering to existing customers. In addition this will open up completely new opportunities outside the UK that we are extremely keen to exploit."
