Euro Car Parts, which has 199 branches across the UK, says sales surged as Milwaukee Yamaha rider Josh Brookes finished the season strongly to win the championship at Brands Hatch.

Euro Car Parts ceo Martin Gray said: "As team sponsor we are delighted to be associated with this fantastic victory. Josh's performances have certainly helped to increase awareness of the Milwaukee brand and we have seen a significant uplift in Milwaukee power tool sales, particularly from July onwards when he started his incredible run of back-to-back race wins.

"The BSB Championship continues to serve up thrilling action and this year has proved a complete win-win for us."

Best sellers within the Milwaukee power tools range include the M12 IR- 201B impact rachet, M12 BDDX-202C drill driver, M18 FPD-502X percussion drill and M18 FIWF38-502X impact wrench.
