Zest 4 Leisure has announced changes at board level as it continues to forge ahead with its programme of continuous improvement. The new organisational structure reflects Zest’s mission to put quality and customer service at the heart of everything it does, according to the company.

Zest 4 Leisure was established in 2005 to bring FSC certified timber garden products to garden centres, online retailers and major purchasing groups across the UK. Commenting on the appointments, Steve Morgan, managing director of Zest 4 Leisure, said: “We are always striving to improve and deliver a great service to our customers and I am delighted to announce some changes at director level which I believe strengthen the team further and enables greater focus in key areas of development.”

The changes include Rhys Hughes becoming director of strategic development and supply chain, and Paul Booth as operations director.

Morgan added: “Given the continued uncertainty in the political and economic climate, we are keen to ensure that our supply chain is reliable and robust and that we can respond quickly and effectively to our customers’ seasonal demands. Leveraging the talent and experience in the business enables us to deliver on that intention and ensures our growth strategy is agile and responsive.”
