New home improvement app

A new app designed to allow the user to find home improvement retailers, access discount offers on products and read reviews of builders from their smartphone or tablet is due for launch later this month.
Compare and build also provides information and advice on building and control regulations for most typical home improvement work, as well as allowing the user to identify planning and building control contacts near them.
It has been developed by Idea Farm Limited, who says the app means "home improvement has taken a step into the 21st century."
Compare and Build will be available for download on February 28.
