New folding jabsaw from Stanley

Published: 12 April 2013
Stanley is bolstering its FatMax range of tools with the introduction of a new folding jabsaw.

Its foldaway blade means it can be stored safely either in a toolbox or pocket, without risk of injury when retrieving it.

Its folding functionality includes a locking mechanism which secures in three positions (90°, 135° and 180°), making the model ideal for ceiling and corner cuts due to the extra leverage it allows users.

With an 8TPI blade featuring three sided JetCut teeth, the Jabsaw is able to cut on both the push and the pull stroke and has a sharpened tip to make punching through surfaces easier.
