The BHF has announced it will present its annual British Hardware Federation Retailer of the Year Award at the DIY Week Awards in February.
Stewart Munro, chairman of the BHF, said: "Having run our annual BHF Awards for a number of years at Totally DIY Totally Tools we will continue to do this at the 2014 show. However, as part of our partnership with DIY Week, we're incorporating our BHF Retailer of the Year Award into its evening Awards at the Ricoh Arena on Monday, February 17. The prestigious award has been given to a number of our most successful members over the years and moving it to be part of this event makes it even more special to us and our members."

DIY Week editor Fiona Garcia added: "We are delighted to include the presentation of the British Hardware Federation's Retailer of the Year award in the evening's proceedings. The DIY Week Awards are about recognising excellence in the DIY and garden industry and this prestigious accolade is a good fit with the other awards on the night."

The judging for the DIY Week categories has closed but there is still time to enter your business for the BHF's Award, which will be presented by the ceo of BIRA, Alan Hawkins. There are now only five weeks to go before the identities of the prestigious Gold winners in the DIY Week Awards are revealed, and there is still time to book your place at the event on Monday, February 17.

The names of the very best retailers and products in the DIY, hardware and garden industry will be announced at the awards dinner, which this year is being held at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry to coincide with the Totally DIY and Totally Tools Shows.
