Mica relocates head office

Staff, including three company directors, move into purpose-built offices overlooking recently opened distribution facility
Mica company directors and eighteen members of staff have moved from the head office in Stone, Staffordshire to purpose-built offices ten miles away.

The site on Airfield Industrial Estate in Hixon has brand new offices overlooking a distribution centre built in March to feed Mica's warehousing and distribution arm.

The 40,000sq ft warehouse stocks more than 7,000 products is going from 'strength to strength' claims Mica and with the offices transformed it forecasts improvements in communications between departments and service to members.

"With the warehouse and office staff on the same site will not only improve the level of service that they offer their members, but also ensure that queries are resolved quicker," Mica said.
