Dear Mr Graas, I am one very unhappy customer, I will also contact a uk based director on this matter, I retuned a Flawless product to your customer care team in r the uk a Lynsey Robertson, who was curte and unhelpful. My product had stoped working after 3mths, and I was told to clean it wjich I thought I had, but when it still didn,t work I was asked to send it in which on top of Christmas was very incovienient,I could have done without the stress and time queing in the post office I can assure you. I then recieved a very ubrupt email from the lady in question telling me it was to be returned to me in the same condtion, I asked as it was the season of good will plus your info stares such good customer care that she could return it to me cleaned and in a useable condition, but this was refused , unbeleive able, never know ssuch treatment like it. I suggest your company give your so called care team a crsh course in manners. I won't be buying JML product again or advising anyone else to.One very unhappy customer Eileen Waterman
