Global gardening specialist Gardena has appointed a new field sales manager, strengthening its UK senior sales team.

Cantle joins the team with over 20 years’ experience in the garden centre industry, with previous positions held at Webbs, Stewart Plastics, Tildenet and Fallen Fruits. In his new role, he will support the wider sales team of area managers and key account managers across the UK, focusing on garden centres and hardware stores.

I’ve been familiar with the Gardena brand for over 15 years, going back to the start of my career in purchasing and have always been impressed with the range and quality of the products. The Gardena brand has seen significant developments in the UK over recent years with the introduction of a new warehouse in Doncaster, making deliveries to customers more efficient and time effective. The brand has also seen the introduction of a new internal UK based marketing team to support sales and raise brand awareness.
