Garden centre visitor numbers up 10% since 2006
Visitor numbers increased from 52% in 2006 to 62% in 2010, across all age ranges.

The data comes from the latest Garden Industry Monitor Special Report, which will be launched at the HTA Garden Futures Conference on October 13.

The report looks at points of differentiation between garden centres, and is designed to help garden retailers decide how best to position their store to different consumer segments.
