Doncaster-based supplier Tembé DIY and Building Products is celebrating its 10-year anniversary this year.
Tembé launched in 2004 with four products - Hippo Silver, Black Cloth Tape, Filltite Wood Filler and Wood Hardener. Since then, it has experienced impressive year-on-year growth, and now has a £4m turnover. It employs seven field-based members of staff and a team of 10 based in Doncaster.
The team creates and supplies products to trade and DIY users via a network of wholesalers, builders merchants and retail outlets throughout Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland.
To mark its decade of business Tembé, which is named after an African game reserve, has launched a competition with prizes including a safari holiday and five iPad Minis.
