Dethlac turns 50

Published: 3 July 2009
Dethlac Insect Lacquer is celebrating 50 years on the market this month having been first launched in July 1959.
Dethlac turns 50
Dethlac is a pest control lacquer that kills ants, cockroaches, woodlice and all crawling insects effectively for months.

Introduced to the market by the late Roy Archer of Gerhardt Pharmaceuticals Ltd, the company has been run for the past 25 years by his two daughters Carolyn Archer and Pennie Campbell.

Stocked by retailers from the multiples to the independents, Dethlac is distributed to wholesalers via Gerhardt, Moorgreen and STV.
