Cuprinol launches garden colour mixing

Published: 30 January 2012
Cuprinol is claiming to be the first woodcare brand to offer a range of colours in a garden coating.
The brand's Garden Shades range will be available in 26 new colours at Dulux paint mixing desks - in addition to the existing 28 colours. Shades ranges from traditional, earthy greens such as Wild Eucalyptus and Highland Marsh, to bolder and brighter pinks and purples including Purple Pansy and Berry Kiss. Consumers can also order tester pots of all Garden Shades at www.cuprinol.co.uk.

"We wanted to make it really easy for our customers to brighten up their outdoor spaces ahead of the many celebrations this year has in store - including the Queen's Jubilee, which will see lots of garden parties," said Cuprinol brand manager Marina Poza. "Consumers can use the Garden Shades colour selector at Cuprinol.co.uk to visualise how the paints will transform their garden wood. This will allow them to choose colours that suit them best, whether they go for a country garden feel over a bright and bold look, and vice versa."

Cuprinol’s new garden woodcare colour mixing service will go live at the end of this month.

I have just painted my garden with Summer Damson. I wish to mix the two above shades to make a paint colour somewhat lighter than the summer damson for a fence and some trellis, as the shed is a statement in itself.
