Craig Castelino steps down from Bunnings UK & Ireland

Published: 24 January 2018 - Kiran Grewal

It has been announced that Craig Castelino, general manager of merchandise at Bunnings, will be stepping down from Bunnings UK and Ireland.

Bunnings Group Managing Director, Mike Schneider said: “Craig has made a significant contribution to the UK and Irish business over the last couple of years, and I’m delighted he will be taking a new senior leadership team role back with Bunnings Australia and New Zealand.”

The news comes shortly after Bunnings UK managing director Peter (PJ) Davis had announced a three-month break to return to Australia.

Bunnings, the leading retailer of home improvement and garden products in Australia and New Zealand, acquired Homebase for £340million in February 2016 – and plans to invest a further £500million building a new Bunnings Warehouse business in the UK and Ireland over a five-year plus timeframe.
