Clas Ohlson has signed an agreement to lease the new store, which is situated in the city centre of Kingston in southwest London.

The new branch, which is scheduled to open in November this year, will occupy a total of 1,900 sq m of retail space.

The Swedish retail chain opened its first UK store in Croydon, Surrey in November 2008, followed by a second branch in Manchester at the end of April. The company, which reported a 13% sales increase in June, currently operates from 108 stores in Sweden, Norway, Finland and the UK.
